Air Freight
Delivery Time: Air shipments typically arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on customs clearance and the destination.
Costs: Air freight is calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery location. It is a faster, but typically more expensive, option for urgent orders.
Tracking: All air shipments come with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order.
Sea Freight
Delivery Time: Sea shipments generally take between 30-45 days, depending on the shipping port and customs processes.
Costs: Sea freight is more economical for large, bulk orders. Rates depend on the shipment size, weight, and destination.
Tracking: While sea freight tracking is available, updates are less frequent than air freight.

Customs and Import Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be incurred upon arrival in the U.S. Please ensure that you are aware of your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Delivery Locations: We currently ship to business addresses within the United States.
Shipping Delays: While we aim to meet the stated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, natural disasters, or shipping partner disruptions may affect your order's arrival.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive damaged or defective items, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Please provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods and packaging.

Bulk Orders: Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, we cannot accept returns for non-defective products. We recommend confirming your order details carefully before purchase.
Return Process

Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, you will receive return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
